- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My accident came at the end of their business hours on a Friday evening, a severe cut on my finger. I did have to wait because several other people were there first. By the time they could see me it was way past their closing time. I was treated politely and professionally by the medical staff. We had a wonderful conversation while they stitched me up. I left with a very up beat sense. It is not always possible for health professionals to deal with people and every situation to everyone's satisfaction. They were concerned and had a sense of humor; plus they listened very well, a trait not always found in the medical world.October 30, 2017by John Loeb
