- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am extremely disappointed with the billing practices of this medical practice. I recently had a physical exam, the provider, P.K., came in, and was in the room for approximately 10 minutes. She did not address many things, did a breast exam, then asked if there was anything else. I advised that there was, and we discussed it, and a referral was entered. After waiting months to be seen, not being able to take time off of work for a problem visit, and seeing her ONCE A YEAR, I got a copay in the mail. When I called and inquired with billing about this they advised me that she went above and beyond during the visit. LMAO. This is how they choose to treat patients who use medical dollars wisely, and do not go to the doctor's office for every little thing? Hats off. Another patient transferring out. Take care!
